SUBSCRIPTION ORDER FORM
In addition to my regular viewing licenses, I have two SHOW SPECIALS for this year's CIC. The specials will expire September 30, 2015.
• A spiral bound flip book of 20, 5x7" images for $145. This is regularly priced at $225. Additional images can be added in groups of 5 for $50.
• A download of all your images (900x600 dpi) from the weekend for personal use for $199. The regular price on this is $350.

| Single Full Season - 1 Horse Rider/Combination, $25 credit toward product purchase or image license. Upon payment the personal gallery will be unlocked inside the show gallery containing it. In addition a gallery contain all images for the season will be created in the ANNUAL VIEWING LICENSES gallery. | $50 |
| Rider Full Season - 1 Rider/All Horses, $150 credit toward product purchase or image license. Upon payment the personal gallery will be unlocked inside the show gallery containing it. In addition, galleries containing all images for the season for each horse will be created in the ANNUAL VIEWING LICENSES gallery. | $300 |

In addition to releasing your images for viewing, your proofing fee will also give you a credit of $10 with the per show fee, $25 with the per season fee and $150 with the per rider fee. Annual subscriptions will be found in both the corresponding show gallery and for ease of finding, in the Annual Licenses gallery.
